ReConnect China GDPR rights console

If you have a ReConnect China account, you can use this console to exercise your rights under GDPR to review the data we have saved on you in a machine-readable format.

What data is stored about me?

For a detailed description of the data that is processed and stored and for how long, and for what reasons, please refer to the data protection statement on the ReConnect China website.

The following data is listed in the data protection statement:

• a unique generated user ID of your account, until the account is deleted
• the E-Mail associated with an account, until the account is deleted
• audit events, such as when you logged in and from what IP (stored up to a week)
• possibly more, refer to the data protection statement for the most up-to-date information.

Once logged in, you can download all data we currently have associated with your account by clicking the export button.

Deleting your account

To exercise your right to be forgotten, you can permanently delete your account in the account console. If you want to keep a backup of the deleted data, remember to use this console before you delete your account because any data associated with it is not recoverable after deletion.
